Jaguars 2024 undrafted free agent tracker

The 2024 NFL draft is over, but undrafted free agency has just begun.

With 11 spots open on its roster after selecting nine players between Thursday and Saturday, Jacksonville’s roster is nearly full and will be patched up over the next few days by players whose names were not called during the draft.

Jaguars Wire is keeping track of the undrafted free agents Jacksonville has agreed to terms with following the 2024 NFL draft below, according to various reports.

Andrew Parker Jr., LB, Appalachian State

The 6-foot-2, 235-pound Parker posted 206 tackles including 10.5 for loss, three passes defended and one forced fumble over three seasons with Arkansas and two years with Appalachian State. Per Melo, Parker posted a 38 and 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 126-inch broad jump, a 6.90-second three-cone drill and a 4.26-second 30-yard shuttle.

Brevin Easton, WR, Albany

Easton, 5-foot-11, 197 pounds, spent three seasons at Assumption University before transferring to Albany for the final two years of his college career. He caught 133 passes for 2,422 yards and 26 touchdowns over 44 appearances.

Wayne Ruby Jr., WR, Mount Union

From Pembroke Pines, Fla., the 6-foot-1, 190-pound Ruby accumulated an astounding 362 receptions for 5,624 yards and 74 touchdowns over five seasons at Mount Union, peaking with 105 catches for 1,785 yards and 30 touchdowns in 2022. He attended the same Division III college as former Jaguars receiver, Cecil Shorts III.

David White Jr., WR, Western Carolina

A Jacksonville native and product of Westside High School, the 6-foot-4, 200-pound White hauled in 54 receptions for 903 yards and 11 touchdowns over two seasons with Western Carolina. Previously, he caught 40 passes for 539 yards and eight touchdowns over three seasons with Valdosta State.

Jalen Jackson, RB, Villanova

A six-year contributor for Villanova, Jackson logged 401 rushing attempts for 2,546 yards and 26 touchdowns and 21 receptions for 198 yards and two touchdowns over 46 appearances. The 5-foot-9, 220-pound back peaked with 981 yards and nine scores rushing in 2023.

Andre Carter, EDGE, Indiana

Originally with Western Michigan, Carter transferred to Indiana for his super senior season in 2023 and started 12 games with the Hoosiers. In his college career, the 6-foot-5, 270-pound Carter produced 184 tackles with 40 for loss, 16 sacks, one interception and six forced fumbles.

Josh Proctor, S, Ohio State

Formerly a consensus top-100 recruit, Proctor signed with Ohio State in the class of 2018 and spent six seasons with the Buckeyes, limited by injuries in two of them. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound safety posted 112 tackles with 6.5 for loss, one sack, three interceptions and 17 defended passes in 53 games.

Lorenzo Lingard, RB, Akron

A 6-foot, 205-pound former consensus five-star recruit, Lingard began his career with Miami and got off to a hot start before suffering a torn ACL during his freshman season. He transferred to Florida and spent two seasons in a depth role there, before churning out 1,009 yards and six touchdowns from scrimmage with Akron in 2023.

Joshua Cephus, WR, UTSA

Cephus, a five-year Roadrunner, started in 56 of his 64 career appearances with UTSA, en route to 313 receptions, 3,639 yards, 28 touchdowns and in 2023 First-Team All-American Conference recognition. The 6-foot-3, 185-pound pass-catcher reportedly clocked a 4.52-second 40-yard dash at his pro day.

Steven Jones, iOL, Oregon

A three-plus season starter for the Ducks, limited in 2022 by injury, the 6-foot-5, 340-pound Jones will join the Jaguars after starting in 31 of his 49 appearances in college. He aligned at right guard and left and right tackle for Oregon.
