Luxury car brand Jaguar Land Rover has announced a multi-year partnership with US artificial intelligence firm Nvidia.
The tie up will see the pair develop and deliver the next generation of automated driving systems plus AI-enabled services and experiences for its customers.
Starting in 2025, all new Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles will be built on Nvidia's ‘Drive' software platform aimed at delivering a wide spectrum of safety, automated driving, driver assistance and parking systems.
This is the latest move as part of JLR's Reimagine strategy which it launched a year ago and will see its vehicle range overhauled to include electric and hybrid models.
Jaguar Land Rover said it would use its own in-house software alongside those developed by California-based Nvidia.

Jaguar Land Rover is headquartered in Whitley and has manufacturing bases across the West Midlands and in Merseyside.
