Jade Goody's sons - where are they now and their words on her death

Jade Goody left behind two young sons when she died of cervical cancer in 2009 at the age of just 27.

Little Bobby and Freddie were just five and four when they lost their mum after her seven month battle with the disease.

They're now strapping young teenagers at 16 and 14-years-old respectively, having been raised by their dad Jeff Brazier, 40.

Bobby has just finished his GCSEs and has been posting his celebrations with his school friends on his Instagram page.

He's also been taking his first few jobs as model and joined the roster of Unsigned Group earlier this year.

Freddie is still in school and doesn't have a public Instagram account.

The boys have made few comments about their mum publicly, with their dad Jeff telling fans about their feelings about her.

Last year Bobby shared a photo of the way they remembered Jade on Christmas by releasing balloons on the beach.

In 2015 he posted a picture of himself and Freddie on the beach with two balloons, saying "missing you" in reference to Jade.

Jeff recently said they find it difficult to talk about her.

He told the Daily Star Sunday: "It can be very confusing at times because where mum should be an easy conversation to bring up at this late stage, it actually becomes harder because teenagers don't want to talk about things they’re emotionally invested in."

He added: “We used to have a monthly discussion about mum, but now they’re almost resistant to it.”

Jeff took the decision to speak to the boys about Jade's illness a week before she passed away and he said it was "the hardest moment" of his life.

Recalling the emotions of that day, Jeff said: "It's the hardest moment of my life probably, why wouldn't it be, poor boys, we did it for the boys."
