Jacquemus has kinda been doing its own thing for a while. The brand doesn't abide by the typical fashion calendar, frequently skipping Paris Fashion Week in favor of resort-like destination runways. See trips to the Palace of Versailles and a lavender field. Now Jacquemus is back on the fashion week roster, but it still plans on standing out revealing it'll capture the event using the camera system on the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The fashion house will be presenting its latest wares via a coed show called La Croisière. The label went on Instagram to disclose that everything will be shot entirely using iPhones. The idea is to give guests, both online and in person, a truly immersive experience. The actual live video will be streamed courtesy of the phone's slow motion feature. There will also be close-up runway shots taken by several different devices from several different perspectives. The only question remaining is will the clothes be upstaged by the technology?
