Jackass star Bam Margera reported 'missing' after fleeing rehab centre

Jackass star Bam Margera has been reported 'missing' after fleeing rehab centre in Florida.

Police are currently in search of the reality TV star after he reportedly fled the Florida rehabilitation centre a number of days ago.

The 42-year-old star's rehab manager reported Bam as missing on Monday after he told staff at the centre that he was 'unhappy' with the place and 'their services'.

Bam told the staff that he was going to 'split' - despite not being allowed to leave the establishment of his own accord, TMZ reports.

According to a Delray Beach police report, Bam told the rehab manager that he would be checking himself into a different rehabilitation establishment in the area before he fled the premises in a black sedan.

Bam was originally in rehab under a court order, and the staff were reportedly 'concerned' as the star was leaving the premises without permission.

The staff reportedly told police that Bam didn't appear to be a danger to himself or others before he fled the centre.

Police have yet to locate the Jackass star.

It's not the first time Bam has quit rehab.

Back in 2019, the troubled star posted a lengthy Instagram take down of his life and inner feelings following his checking out of rehab, just days after arriving.

At the time, pro-skakeboarder Bam said that 'no-one can stop him' and he is "doing better than ever" after checking out of rehab.

In the handwritten note, which he photographed and posted on Instagram, Bam wrote:"By day number 5 in rehab I realised when I am bored is when I drink.

"Well in rehab I am bored 50 percent of the time so that's when I figured out that when boredom sets in and alcohol is off limits, that's when I get creative as f***, an explosion of good ideas, exercise, skate, workout, yoga, hike, bike way more. Because I don't like to sit stagnant! (UNLESS I AM DRUNK)."
