Ambitious Queen's Park have laid out their vision in a bid to tempt Jack Ross to become their next manager.
But the Daily Mail report face a fight on their hands to convince the former Hibs boss to take on their bid for promotion in League One.
Lord Willie Haughey is backing the Spiders' push up the division and former Easter Road chief Leeann Dempster holds a similar position in Glasgow's southside.
Queen's have reworked their squad over the past two seasons and now have Dutchman Marijn Beuker also overseeing the Mount Florida revamp.
But it remains to be seen if Ross can be tempted into a fresh challenge only weeks after he was dumped by Hibs.
The Leith side's wonky league form this season ultimately cost him, however, Ross would point to the fact he reached consecutive domestic Cup finals and secured a third-placed finish during the 21/22 season.
But it's understood Ross will take his time over any decision with his former Hibs No.2 John Potter currently taking the reins on an interim basis.
Queen's Park are still in position for a playoff spot in League One but their hopes of automatic promotion have all but ended with Cove Rangers streaking clear.
