Jack Keating’s mum reveals the Love Island girl he wants to couple up with in Casa Amor

The mum of Love Island bombshell Jack Keating has spoken out about who the latest islander could have his eye on after his entrance into Casa Amor was teased on Friday.

The 23-year-old marketing manager, who is the son of popstar Ronan Keating and model Yvonne Connolly, was one of the six boys selected to test the existing Love Island relationships.

However, Jack’s mum spoke out as he was introduced to viewers of the ITV2 dating show and it seems he could have already missed his shot with the islander he had his eyes on.

On Friday night, Love Island's Twitter page shared a picture of Antigoni Buxton, who was dumped from the villa at the start of the show.

The singer looked pensive in the shot as the official account captioned the picture: “When will my husband arrive in the villa.”

Jack's mum was quick to comment on the post, writing: “Sooner than you think Antigoni,” and even followed her words with the hashtag “jackandantigoni” as well as winking and love heart emojis.

But despite mum Yvonne’s enthusiasm for the blonde bombshell, the boys chose to save Tasha Ghouri and Danica Taylor in the latest dumping, leaving Antigoni packing her bags moments before Jack was revealed as one of the six boys entering the Casa Amor villa.

The 45-year-old former Boyzone star is said to be "buzzing" for his 23-year-old son, as the two share a very close bond.

Jack is the latest celebrity offspring to appear on the hit ITV2 show, with Michael Owen's daughter Gemma, 19, being one of the original islanders this series.

Speaking ahead of his entrance on the show, Jack said: "My dad is a singer, Ronan Keating. He will be watching when I’m on it for sure.

"He’s buzzing for me, me and my dad are very close, we’re best mates."

Jack's family will be running his social media while he searches for love in the villa.

"The Keating clan reporting for duty to give you your live updates & best bits of our boyo. Ahhhhh so excited for this."

Jack said his family and friends would describe him as a "lively guy" He said: "I'm a great crack to be around, always up for a chat, always up for a bit of banter."
