The latest Jack Grealish transfer news has revealed that Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur are keeping tabs on the winger.
Grealish has struggled at Manchester City since making a record-breaking move to the Etihad in 2021. The £100 million signing from Aston Villa has scored just 14 times in 143 appearances across all competitions.
More worryingly, Grealish has failed to net at all throughout the whole of 2024. This season, the midfielder has provided just two assists which puts his City tally up to 20 overall.
Grealish’s poor form in 2024/25 has seen the England man fall down the pecking order at City. The 29-year-old was an unused sub during Sunday’s 2-0 win over Leicester City.
With the January transfer window just around the corner, Grealish may seek a move away to help get his career back on track.
According to the Daily Mail, both the Magpies and the Lilywhites would be interested in securing the services of Grealish. However, a potential move will depend on whether City are happy to sanction it.
🚨 Tottenham and Newcastle are believed to be monitoring Jack Grealish’s situation at Man City in case he becomes available.

Jack Grealish Transfer News Indicates Newcastle And Tottenham Interest
Newcastle United will be looking to build on their recent strong run and the potential addition of Jack Grealish will give the whole club a boost.
As it stands, the Magpies will likely seek out a loan transfer for the remainder of the season. The Toon Army are restricted to spending owing to the PSR constraints.
If that was to be the case, a temporary switch to St James’ Park would suit the player himself as well as City and Eddie Howe’s side.
Grealish’s style of play would perfectly complement the club’s style of play. Furthermore, the chance to play alongside Aleksander Isak and Anthony Gordon will be a huge draw.
From Tottenham’s perspective, a move to the capital will be tempting. However, the north Londoners struggles on the pitch have seen questions arise over boss Ange Postecoglou’s long-term future.
January will prove to be a hugely pivotal month for Grealish’s career with both Premier League rivals keen to secure his signature.
