Grealish apologises to Almiron
Manchester City and England playmaker Jack Grealish has issued a classy apology to Miguel Almiron for 'insulting' the Newcastle forward - and praised his response to the incident.
During the club's title celebrations in the summer, Grealish was filmed saying that teammate Riyad Mahrez should have been replaced on the final day of the Premier League season against Aston Villa as he played like Almiron. His comment was picked up on social media and, understandably, did not go down well in Newcastle.

Almiron has been in superb form since then, scoring eight goals so far this term and Newcastle fans have repeated the phrase 'play like Almiron' to show their support for the Paraguayan. Almiron recently brushed off the comments and insisted that he would shake Grealish's hand the next time they played.
Alvarez lauded by City favourite
Sergio Aguero has heaped praise on "talented" Manchester City forward Julian Alvarez in response to his stunning form with Argentina during the World Cup.
Alvarez was given a starting role by Lionel Scaloni for Argentina's final Group C win against Poland on Wednesday night. The 22-year-old repaid his manager's faith with a sensational strike, as he superbly controlled the ball, before shifting his weight to rifle a searing right-footed strike past Wojciech Szczesny into the far corner.
He wheeled away in delight as he was mobbed by his teammates - and Pep Guardiola would have no doubt been delighted for his new signing, with the Catalan manager hoping he can continue his run of form upon his return to domestic matters when the Qatar showcase is done and dusted.
