Oleksandr Zinchenko has thanked Manchester City fans for their standing ovation as he returned to the Etihad Stadium for the first time as an Arsenal player.
Zinchenko left City in the summer for Arsenal in a £30m transfer, and has become a key part of the Gunners' unexpected Premier League title charge.
In the FA Cup on Friday, Zinchenko was applauded whenever he was warming up, and he came off the bench and to a good reception from City fans. At full time, he was seen reuniting with his former Blues teammates, where he looked to be torn between his disappointment at losing and the emotion of returning to his former club.

"Not the result what we came for but we will bounce back," Zinchenko wrote.
"There are no old friends - there are friends with whom there are many good memories and you will always be glad to see each of them. There is no past home - there is a place where you were very happy, and now you are happy to return. Thank you Etihad for the warm welcome!
"See you soon at Emirates, I hope you will have fun!"
Replying to the post was former City defender Danilo who posted a love heart emoji, and Jack Grealish, who wrote: "My brother. No matter what! U deserve everything my guy."
City take on Arsenal at the Emirates in two weeks in the Premier League in what will be a crucial clash in the title race, before Zinchenko will return to the Etihad again in April.
