Jack Grealish has a special goal celebration in store after making a promise to a young Manchester City super fan. Finlay, 11, met with his favourite player Grealish after the two exchanged letters. Finlay has cerebral palsy - a condition Grealish's sister Holly also has.
His original letter to Grealish read: "I wish there were more people in the world just like you who treat people with disabilities the same as anyone else. It makes me really happy when I see that you, a famous footballer, knows what it’s like to live with people with cerebral palsy.
"You’re my hero and the best big brother to your sister."

After initially writing back and sending him a signed City shirt, Grealish then headed over to the City Football Academy where Finlay plays every Monday as part of the disability football team.
The pair shared a warm embrace before discussing future celebrations. Finlay originally suggested the worm before they settled on another unique celebration.
Grealish said: "The worm? I can't do the worm! First of all I've got to try and score! I've only scored once this season. So I'll try and score and if I do then I'll do it for you. But I can't do the worm, I might get injured!"
Finlay then suggests an alternative, arm-flapping celebration which Grealish has promised to replicate when he next finds the net.
Grealish responds: "Alright I'll do that for you. I promise. Deal."
