Jack Grealish looks less than impressed as Erling Haaland drenches him in champagne

Jack Grealish's trademark hairdo was ruined after Erling Haaland poured champagne over his head on Monday evening.

Grealish, Haaland and the rest of the Manchester City squad celebrated their famous season by holding an open-top bus parade. Pep Guardiola's side defeated Inter Milan 1-0 in the Champions League final on Saturday evening to win their third trophy of the term.

City have emulated bitter rivals Manchester United by winning the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup in the same campaign. Guardiola's players have been celebrating since their triumph on Saturday evening, with Grealish at the heart of the party.

Grealish, who admitted he hasn't slept for 24 hours at the parade, filmed himself and Haaland for a live Instagram video. As Grealish looked into the camera, Haaland poured champagne over his head before laughing in delight.

Although the Norway international enjoyed the prank, Grealish wasn't best pleased. The Englishman stood motionless for a number of seconds before ending the live video.

Yet all was quickly forgotten as City's parade continued. Grealish, who has a reputation for enjoying himself off the pitch, has been celebrating hard since the win against Inter. He was filmed dancing in his City kit at 5am the following morning.

Grealish later shared a video of a friend struggling to keep awake with the caption: "Sorry guys he's had enough." He was then pictured on a 10-hour drinking session with some of his team-mates in Ibiza before heading back to Manchester for the parade.

Grealish had a drink poured into his mouth by his colleagues before drinking more fluids on stage. He said: "To be fair, I don't think I've slept... I'm a turkey, and a turkey needs feeding. So..." Kalvin Phillips then poured a drink into Grealish's mouth.

Although Grealish enjoys a party, he has worked hard to help City be successful. Speaking after the Inter win, he said: "This is what you work your whole life for, isn't it? I'm so happy, man... To win the Treble with this group of players, with this staff, is so special, man."

Haaland, meanwhile, has been City's talisman this season after scoring 52 goals in all competitions. After pouring champagne on Grealish's head, the former Borussia Dortmund striker told reporters: "I didn’t expect it [my first season at City] to be this good!

"I still expected to perform. I came into a team who won the Premier League the previous two years so to come here and perform I knew I was going to do. I was confident and also really happy, smiling a lot and enjoying myself."

Haaland added: ‌"I am happy and humble... I really appreciate the support throughout the season and since I came here. It is important to appreciate people coming and supporting home and away. It is a really nice connection and I am enjoying it."
