Munster have secured a key trio of players until the summer of 2025 - but returning prop John Ryan is moving on again in the new year.
The province and the IRFU have announced two-year contract extensions for Ireland's newest cap, Jack Crowley, as well as experienced winger Andrew Conway and back row Jack O’Donoghue, who was Munster's player of the season last term.
However it has also been confirmed that 34-year-old Ryan will depart the province at the end of January on completion of his short-term contract, with Super Rugby outfit the Chiefs his likely destination.

Munster had offered the tighthead a longer deal but to no avail, making the decision to cut Ryan adrift to Wasps at the end of last season all the more baffling.
Ryan returned on a short-term contract when Wasps hit financial trouble and he was crucial to the Reds' recent upturn in fortunes. He made his 201st appearance for Munster in last Sunday's Champions Cup loss to Toulouse.
"We wish John and family all the best with the move," said the province in a statement.
Reds supporters will be pleased that 22-year-old out-half Crowley is staying put, having impressed on the Emerging Ireland tour in South Africa before making his Test debut against Fiji last month and putting himself in the frame for Six Nations selection.
He has also shown versatility, lining out not only in the no 10 role but at full-back and in midfield too, and news that he is staying put is a boost ahead of Sunday's next European fixture at Northampton Saints.
Conway, meanwhile, is in his 10th season with Munster - but has yet to play this season due to a knee injury the 31-year-old sustained in June.
The former Leinster starlet has made 149 appearances for the Reds, scoring 49 tries - and has scored 15 tries in 30 appearances for Ireland.
Meanwhile O’Donoghue is the only Munster player to feature in every game so far this season.
The 28-year-old back row has made 174 provincial appearances, scoring 24 tries, while has two Ireland caps.
