Jack Cooper & Kat Clark React To Mikaela Testa’s Anna Paul Claims: ‘I’m Embarrassed’

The Aussie influencer world has been shaken up yet again, with TikTokers Jack Cooper and Kat Clark responding to claims made in Mikaela Testa’s Unsaid Podcast.

In the podcast’s second episode, Mikaela alleged that Anna Paul and her brother Atis Paul had mocked several influencers, including Jack, Kat, and SophaDopha. Here’s everything that’s gone down so far.

Mikaela Testa’s allegations

Mikaela didn’t hold back in her podcast, revealing some pretty harsh accusations about Anna and Atis. She claimed she overheard Atis making “homophobic, disgusting remarks” about Jack Cooper while Anna laughed along.

“I’m so sorry Jack Cooper, but I sat in the fucking kitchen and I’ve heard it multiple times — I just heard Atis make such homophobic, disgusting remarks about you — Anna was cracking up laughing,” Mikaela said.

Mikaela also alleged that Anna had made cruel comments about TikToker SophaDopha. “Anna said some shit like, ‘I don’t know why, she’s just like trying to copy my content.’ She said something about how she’s so ugly, her eyes are too close together, she doesn’t even want to watch videos of her talking and she’s so sick of it,” Mikaela claimed.

According to Mikaela, Anna wasn’t a fan of other influencers in 2022 either. “Back in [2022], Anna didn’t fuck with anyone, she didn’t want to follow anybody back,” she said.

“She was just so closed off to another influencer doing vlogs, especially the Clarks — like she’d always say remarks about how they’re copying her and all of this fucked-up shit. I don’t know if she follows them now, but she always be talking shit about Kat Clark and the Clarks too.”

Jack Cooper speaks out on the Anna Paul situation

Jack Cooper addressed the allegations in a candid TikTok video, expressing his embarrassment for previously supporting Anna Paul online. He admitted he never really knew Anna personally but had interacted with her briefly at events.

“I just want to say I am very sorry and I am very embarrassed for myself, truly, for ever coming online and just completely glazing someone who I clearly had no idea who they were,” Jack said.

He explained that their interactions were minimal and that he always felt like Anna was avoiding him. “I truly just felt like, okay, like she fucking hates me. Like, gotta go. I’ll just leave,” he shared.

Jack also reflected on his past support for Anna, saying he regrets promoting someone who allegedly used their influence negatively. “I feel fucking awful that I have ever come online and glazed this person to you all… I just cringe at myself,” he admitted.

Jack ended his video by thanking his followers for their support and emphasising that he does not stand by Anna or her actions. “I just want you all to know I do not support this person,” he concluded.

Kat Clark claps back at Anna Paul

Kat Clark made her feelings clear about Anna Paul on TikTok. She posted a video with the text: “When you find out someone is talking 💩 behind your back but you never wanted to be friends with someone who defends DV perpetrators anyway.” The audio featured Lady Gaga singing “I don’t wanna be friends”.

When a follower asked if she was referring to Anna Paul, Kat simply replied: “Yes.”

Kat has been very open in the past that she herself has been a victim of domestic violence.

Kat later elaborated in a vlog where she addressed Anna’s alleged comments about her family copying her content. “Anna Paul has been talking badly about me and my family saying that we’re copying her,” Kat said before showing clips of her life as a mum running multiple businesses to highlight the differences between them.

This isn’t the first time there’s been tension between Kat and Anna. Back in 2023, Kat shared an emotional video after learning that Anna was launching her skincare brand Paullie, which would compete directly with Kat’s own brand Kaladé. At the time, Kat admitted feeling defeated and scared about entering the same market as someone as established as Anna.

“I spent most of the night last night bawling my eyes out,” Kat said in the video from August 2023.

“Anna’s amazing obviously, and I just feel like I failed without even having the chance to start.”

SophaDopha stays quiet

While Jack and Kat have publicly addressed the situation, SophaDopha has remained silent on the matter. Instead of engaging in the drama, she’s been posting vacation vids with captions like “Livin my best life”.

What’s next?

Mikaela has promised a third and final podcast episode on Anna Paul, so it seems there’s more tea yet to be spilled. For now, both Jack Cooper and Kat Clark have made it clear they’re distancing themselves from Anna while grappling with the fallout of Mikaela’s claims. Whether Anna or Atis will respond remains to be seen — but one thing’s for sure: this drama isn’t cooling down anytime soon.
