Top Rangers transfer target Jack Butland is reportedly facing a major dilemma over where to play his football next season.
The 30–year-old England international is wanted by Michael Beale as part of his mammoth Ibrox revamp, however, Erik Ten Hag has been left impressed during his six months on loan from Crystal Palace as back–up to David De Gea. Dean Henderson is poised to return from his loan at Nottingam Forest in the summer but Ten Hag is also aiming to keep Butland. And the Scottish Sun claim they are ready to double the offer made currently on the table from Ibrox to do so.
They state Rangers are willing to match his current salary at Selhurst Park but United are ready to prove their desire to land the keeper with their bumper offer. It could be a potential blow to Beale but three stars are closing in on a move to Glasgow. Kieran Dowell and Dujon Sterling have agreed their switches and now Jose Cifuentes is set to be next as the LAFC midfielder is poised to swap Stateside for Scotland.
