Jac Jossa shares sweet family moment as husband Dan faces no further police action

Jacqueline Jossa has shared an adorable video of herself and daughter Mia singing, after it was reported her husband Dan Osborne faces no further police action after an arrest at Jac's birthday bash.

Dan, 31, was arrested after allegedly being involved in a bust-up following EastEnder star Jac's 30th birthday party, but police have now said he faces no further action.

At the time of arrest, a spokesman for Dan said he "felt provoked during the incident and is confident he will clear his name".

Yesterday, Jac, known for playing Lauren Branning in the BBC soap, posted a sweet video on her Instagram of herself singing with four-year-old daughter Mia, who is out of the frame, during bath time.

The I'm A Celebrity winner, who is also mum to daughter Ella, seven, sings away as she sits cross legged in a black hoodie and trousers.

In the caption, Jac simply writes: "Bath time sing for mumma&mia," followed by a series of emojis and "4 years old", followed by a green ticked box.

Former TOWIE star Dan was arrested in November after the alleged incident in which one reveller was said to have suffered a broken jaw following a "mass brawl".

He was held overnight on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent and assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH), and released on bail the following day.

An Essex Police spokesman told The Sun yesterday: “A 31 year-old man arrested has been told he faces no further action.”

Five days ago Jac, who has been married to Dan since 2017, shared a series of sweet pictures of her family on holiday, telling fans that she's dreaming of booking her next getaway.

It's a busy time for Jac as she recently teased a possible return to EastEnders after she made a brief appearance for Dot Cotton's funeral.

She reprised her role as Lauren for the first time since 2018 when she departed after tragic scenes.

However, it was more heartbreak that led to her return for the final farewell of her grandmother Dot.

Fans took part in a Q&A on her Instagram page and asked her if she would consider returning to the long-running soap 'full time'.

"Do you think you will ever go back to EastEnders full time?" a curious follower asked her.

She answered along with a picture of her character: "I loved being back, and was so happy with you in my DMs, maybe one day."

She also previously explained that she was 'scared' about returning to the soap after four years.

The star joked that she couldn't 'remember' how to act and was 'really nervous' about her scenes.

"I felt I was rusty and I didn’t know if people would still see me as Lauren again,” she explained.

“But as soon as we were in amongst it and you’re talking about people you know, it’s Dot and you’re catching up with old friends – you get straight back into it.”
