J.J. Watt crushes the dream of Steelers fans: ‘I will not be playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers’

Sorry Pittsburgh Steelers fans. If you were hoping for a family reunion between T.J. and J.J. Watt this season, you are out of luck. J.J. Was on the Pardon My Take Podcast and while he did gush over the Steelers fans, he also broke all their hearts at the same time.

“But, no. I will not be playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers,” Watt said.

Sorry fans but secretly you all knew this was never going to be a thing, right? Right? Watt had a Hall of Fame career but he has moved on to bigger and better things.

The Steelers have built themselves a really solid defensive line so the need for Watt at this point is much less than it was say two months ago. Nevertheless, the defensive line is going to be very strong this season and the fans don’t have anything to worry about. If Watt could play inside linebacker or right tackle, we might have something to talk about.
