If there was one takeaway from the Arsenal: All or Nothing Amazon series, it's that Mikel Arteta likes to mix up his pre-match team talks.
But the Spaniard may want to recycle one that proved successful last season when his side returns to Premier League action - after seeing fixtures against Everton and PSV Eindhoven over the past week postponed - on Sunday afternoon with a short trip across London to face Brentford.
From delivering a stirring team talk ahead of the game against Manchester City whilst at home self-isolating due to contracting Covid-19 at the beginning of the year to opening up on the heart condition he had as a child to inspire his side after their poor start to last season, the Arsenal manager's methods can be inspirational at times.

The reason for the latter was because the Gunners lost their first three games of last season and went into the home game with Norwich City bottom of the Premier League table with zero points and no goals scored - a run that started against Brentford in the opening game of the campaign.
Reflecting on a 2-0 win for the Bees, Ivan Toney took to social media and tweeted: "Nice kick about with the boys". However, little did the striker know that six months later, his six-word message would be used as motivation for Arteta ahead of the reverse meeting at the Emirates Stadium.
In episode six of the aforementioned Arsenal: All or Nothing Amazon series, Arteta can be seen giving his pre-match team talk and once he had gone over a few tactical details, there was somewhat of a unique twist as he had one final message for the players before they left the changing room.
"Before I go, because it’s still in my stomach and I have managed to keep it for four months, five months, six months," Arteta said, whilst pointing to the aforementioned tweet on the screen. "This is Toney after the game when we played at Brentford. You know what he did?
"You know his tweet? Nice kick about with the boys this afternoon. So today they play in our house, guys there is only one team on that f***ing pitch – and it’s us! Only one team, it’s like they don’t play football. We take that f***ing ball, we take the game, we go for it and let’s f***ing win this game!”
Fortunately for Arteta, showing the players Toney's tweet clearly worked a treat and former captain Alexandre Lacazette couldn't resist the temptation of taking to Twitter and tweeting the exact same words after the game as the Gunners gained a measure of revenge.
In many ways, the Spaniard can use the aforementioned tweet to inspire his side once again on Sunday afternoon. After all, this will be their first visit to the Brentford Community Stadium in 13 months and they have a point to prove after last season's disappointing showing. At the same time, there is a risk of it backfiring if Arteta resorts to such measures.
It's worth pointing out that Arsenal are much better prepared to face Brentford away from home now than they were just over a year ago - although their defence will face a stern test against Toney who will be keen to celebrate his first ever England senior call-up in style.
