Brentford striker Ivan Toney has accepted a portion of Football Association betting charges against him - meaning he could be banned for upcoming games against Everton and Liverpool.
The 26-year-old is due to face a disciplinary panel after he was charged with 262 breaches in late 2022.
The timeframe of the alleged breaches dates back to February 2017 and January 2021, while Toney enjoyed spells in the Football League with Scunthorpe United, Wigan Athletic, Peterborough United and Brentford, before helping the Bees secure promotion to the Premier League in the summer of 2021.

On Wednesday, Sky Sports reported that Toney, who has scored 14 goals in 21 appearances for Thomas Frank's side this season, could be ordered to serve "at least a six-month ban" if found guilty of the charges brought against him.
The Daily Mail claims Toney could begin serving any potential ban before the end of the 2022/23 season, with a FA disciplinary hearing said to be "imminent". It means Brentford could be without their talisman, who was called up to Gareth Southgate's England squad ahead of the World Cup, for their trip to Anfield on May 6.
Depending on how quickly the hearing is settled, the forward could also miss the Bees' trip to Goodison Park in just under two weeks' time on Sunday, March 11.
Frank's side currently sit ninth in the Premier League table, ten points off the Champions League places and boast two games in hand on fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur. Losing Toney, who has scored over 35% of Brentford's league goals this season, could dent their hopes of a late push for European football.
