ITVX is a brand new streaming service which has been developed by ITV, and will replace ITV Hub as the home of on-demand ITV content.
It launched December 8, with the promise of a brand new series arriving on the platform every week, starting tomorrow (December 22). With such a huge number of shows coming to the platform, it could become one of the biggest streaming services in the UK.
The platform is not available as a TV channel, but you can watch content on there on your TV.

The ITVX app is available on various platforms, with the ITVX app pre-downloaded and available on any model of Samsung Smart TV from 2016, an Xbox One/S/X or Xbox Series X/S, any Huawei device or Chromecast, a Roku TV/streaming service and NOW smart stick or box.
If you don't have any of those, you can go to the apps section on your smart TV and download the ITVX app from there. Or, if you already had ITV Hub downloaded, you should see the app 'transform' into the new ITVX app without you having to do anything.
You can watch on ITVX for free, with ads, or subscribe for £5.99 a month for a more Netflix-like experience without ads. A subscription will also give you access to additional shows and boxsets from BritBox.
Currently, a new drama starring David Tennant as Alexander Litvinenko, who was famously poisoned in 2006, is available on ITVX, with a host of new content set to be released. If you don't want to watch on your TV, you can access ITVX on your browser in the same way you would have accessed ITV Hub. If you head to itv.com you'll be able to watch hours of content.
