Josh Cuthbert was taken to hospital last night after suffering a horror injury.
The 30-year-old shot to stardom as part of Union J on X Factor. The band competed on the ninth season of the ITV talent show and finished in 4th place.

He shared snaps lying on a stretcher with a bandaged head, alongside the caption: "Not the way I wanted to spend my evening. Got studded/ kicked in the head playing footie. Waiting for a CT scan & then getting it stitched."
Josh has been keeping fans up to date with his fitness journey and completed the London Marathon to raise funds for Samaritans Charity. He admitted he was emotional as he completed the race last month. He said: "What an incredible day. Without doubt the hardest and physically most intense day of my life, but that feeling when you cross the finish line after running 26.2 miles is just incredible. I did it for a charity so close to my heart @samaritanscharity and that’s what got me through the pain.
"The support throughout was just amazing, thousands and thousands of people cheering you on from start to finish. As you can see I got very emotional in the second slide. I ran the whole way with pain gel and numbing gel on my left foot and when it started to wear off (around 18 miles in) I had to dig so deep to continue. I’m so proud I did. I also wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has donated, you’re the best and a big well done to my Dad too, who I ran the first 11 miles with, he smashed it!"
