The Scouse singer shot to stardom on season seven of the X Factor when she was a finalist in the ITV talent show. She has continued to enjoy a successful career in the industry and regularly shares updates from her happy family life on Instagram.
The 36-year-old married sports agent Jonny Hughes in a luxurious ceremony last year. She has taken to the social media platform today to confirm the two have now welcomed their first child together.

She shared a snap of the baby's hand, alongside the caption: "Surprise! Turns out I can keep a secret. Born on Valentines Day."
