ITV debuted a whole new show tonight as a host of well known faces underwent transformations.
Queens For The Night showcased faces from the small screen becoming unrecognisable as they were transformed and mentored by some of the country's finest drag artistes. Lorraine Kelly hosted as she was joined by judges Spice Girl Melanie C, Everybody's Talking About Jamie star Layton Williams, Drag Race icon and Celebrity Big Brother winner Courtney Act and comedian Rob Beckett.
The line up included soap stars Adam Woodyatt and Simon Gregson as well as Love Island star Chris Hughes. Mr Motivator, George Shelley and Joe Marler were also taking part.

Talking about the show, ITV said: “Our celebrity wannabes will not only have to perfect wearing the highest of the heels but also hone one of the distinctive disciplines that each drag artist will expertly enact, from singing, dancing, lip syncing, impression, comedy or Dragic! (Drag magic).
“Performing live in front of a panel of expert judges and a live studio audience only one celebrity can be crowned the ultimate winner. Viewers will witness every step of the process, from mastering the killer heels, fine tuning their comic timing and bringing to life a breathtaking character through costume and make up.
“The process will culminate for each of the celebrities in a cabaret style performance as they showcase their newly acquired drag talents. Voted by the studio audience, who will capture the hearts of the public to be crowned their Queen For The Night?”
Fans loved the glitz and glam of the show and all made the same demand. They simply couldn't get enough, and were gutted it was a one-off as they begged for more.
Taking to Twitter, one user said: "I’m gutted this is a one off! I already want more!!! #QueensForTheNight"
Karl said: "#QueensForTheNight is exactly the type of fun & frivolous entertainment TV the world needs right now." Another user added: "Why is Strictly dragged out for about 6 months while #QueensForTheNight is one week only?"
Tina said: "Love this! #QueensForTheNight Simon Gregson absolutely smashed it as the first act. Hope we get more than one episode of this."
