ITV viewers were left in tears just minutes into Kate Garraway's latest documentary.
The Good Morning Britain star was back on-screen on Tuesday night as she let the cameras into her home as she helped care for her husband Derek Draper.
Caring for Derek follows on from Kate's award-winning documentary, Finding Derek, which aired last year and detailed Derek's hospital plight.
The new documentary began with the moment Derek, 54, arrived home from the hospital - more than 370 days after he was first admitted with coronavirus symptoms.

Kate and Derek's son excitedly waited by the window at their north London home before giving the cameras a tour around Derek's downstairs room and wet room that was fitted while he was in the hospital.
There was also a heartwarming moment where Derek initiated a hug with his son Billy by moving his arms above his waist while sitting in his wheelchair.
Billy wasted no time in responding to his dad's actions and the pair shared a warm embrace. Kate was then seen walking back into the room having missed the sweet father and son moment.
And it's fair to say the emotion hit viewers watching the moment on ITV.
@sjacko83 tweeted: "Already bawling my eyes out at @kategarraway #CaringForDerek their little boy keep hugging him broke me what a lovely family."
"#CaringForDerek five minutes in and I'm crying. A gorgeous family," @Ali89_91 said.
@EmmaHainsworth6 shared: "2 minutes in and I'm in floods. #CaringForDerek."
"7 minutes in and I’m a wreck #CaringForDerek What a remarkable family," @lenny0205Ok wrote.
Viewers were also introduced to Derek's carers as well as watched them mark Derek's 54th birthday alongside his sister, Di, who explained she is staying in nephew Billy's room.
Derek became emotional as he was able read out a card from Darcey. He whispered: "To the greatest father in the world. Happy birthday, love you so much. I'm so proud of you."
Kate and Derek were also seen making a trip to Mexico where Derek began his involvement in a groundbreaking medical trial.
The TV presenter asked the doctor if Derek's thoughts 'were lost' or whether it was just that they 'couldn't come out'.
"No the connection between the thinking of 'what do I want to say?' with 'I say it' is slow, is disconnected.," the doctor said. "But the thoughts are not lost."
Kate, with tears in her eyes, replied: "The thoughts are not lost. OK. That is amazing to hear.
"That is really amazing to hear, it makes me feel quite emotional. So he's still in there, we just have to get him out."
Kate returned home from Mexico without Derek and her husband was back with his family just before Christmas.
Emmerdale actress Lisa Riley was among those praising Kate for her latest film.
She tweeted: "Wow @kategarraway @itv YOU…….your family, strength beyond strength. #CaringForDerek you see the smallest changes, these keep you going the love you have for each other they broke the mould when they made you…the world NEEDS MORE KATE GARRAWAYS #strength #love #hope."
