Tipping Point viewers were left surprised in the worst way possible as the ITV show unveiled some new rules on Monday night.
In the original rules, host Ben Shephard quizzes four contestants as they take on a massive old-school coin fall machine to win big prizes, reports the Liverpool Echo.
In a multiple round game, the guests must answer a host of questions to drop their coins and win cash from the machine.

As the ITV show celebrates a decade on air, the once unknown programme has now grown to even produce a spin-off show called Lucky Stars, that sees celebs compete to win money for charity.
Celebrity guests have included Loose Women's Denise Welch and I'm a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here! winner Joe Swash.
And the big rule change that switched things up this week was that there are now three contestants, instead of four - for some unknown reasoning.
Fans were not impressed with the change, as they took to social media to discuss the format switch-up.
One Twitter user said: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
Another wrote: "Why mess with something that works?"
And a third said: "Advert breaks are being inserted at odd times. Doesn't feel right."
Another commented: "Less people, more chat. Don't like it."
Further comments read: "Why have they now only got three contestants?", and "Watched 2 mins and switched off, it's like a diff show."
Tipping Point airs weekdays at 4pm on ITV and the ITV Hub.
