ITV This Morning viewers praise James 'Arg' Argent's 'amazing' 13 stone weight loss

This Morning viewers flocked to social media after The Only Way is Essex star James ‘Arg’ Argent was interviewed on the flagship ITV show this Wednesday as the 35-year-old chatted to hosts Dermot O’Leary and Holly Willoughby about his 13 stone weight loss.

In the past James has been vocal about his addictions to food, alcohol and drugs. When asked by Dermot, on the June 21 edition, where it all started, he said: “[Going into rehab] wasn’t specific to anything. It was just a battle all round, really.

“I’ve now got myself in a position where I’m just under two years clean and sober and now I have a very healthy relationship with food and exercise and I kind of really feel happy and content. There’s been no scandals for a good while, no drama. Everything’s going smoothly, which is great for my friends and my family.”

Elsewhere in the interview, James teased that he is set to work on more reality TV shows later in the year. “He's gonna end up on I'm a Celebrity, ain't he,” one viewer speculated. Would you like to see this happen? Let us know in the comments.
