Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were back at the helm of This Morning today with yet another interesting line-up of discussions, interviews and celebrity guests. Following the recent news that John Lewis will now offer Botox and fillers at six of its UK stores, a member of the show's crew was given Botox live on air.
Demonstrating how 'quick and easy' the process is, a cosmetic doctor treated crew member Fleur, who works in the ITV show's green room, by injecting her face with Botox which she wanted to make herself 'feel better'.
But before the procedure began, Phillip Schofield issued a warning to any viewers with a 'needle phobia', which surprisingly included his co-star Holly. The TV presenter admitted that she felt a 'little wobbly' as she told Phil she may need to 'look away'.

"There is a warning for anyone here with a needle phobia. We will be showing Botox being injected so you might want to look away but we won't be having any close-ups and we'll cut wide," reassured Phil.
"Yes I might have to look away because this is making me feel a little wobbly," Holly admitted.
Phil then showed viewers that two crew members were on standby with chairs to the side of Holly in case she suddenly felt faint.
"Just in case Holly does feel a little bit woozy there are two stools waiting to be brought in," he said.
But This Morning fans were in complete disbelief over Holly's fear of needles, as they were certain that the 41-year-old beauty had had Botox herself.
"41 and not a wrinkle? Come on Holly what's your secret if its not Botox?" asked Edina on Twitter.
"Why is Holly pretending she’s so scared of needles? She clearly has expensive work done with needles to her face," claimed another viewer.
"Holly acting like she’s never had a Botox needle in her face," a third questioned, whilst another said "Think that gives the answer to anyone wondering if Holly has ever had Botox. She couldn’t even look at the needle."
