This Morning viewers were distracted by a guest's shoes as they tuned in for the week's second instalment of the show on Tuesday.
Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were back at the helm of the daytime programme to discuss the topics of the day. As they discussed the latest news amid the cost of living crisis, they were joined by Isobel Oakeshott, a British journalist who has close links to the Conservative party.
Observer columnist and former adviser to then-Labour Leader Ed Balls Sonia Sodha also joined the conversation.

Ms Oakeshott gave her top tips as people struggle to put food on the table. She advised people to go for non-brand items, which "often taste just as good". She also said staples such as potatoes and carrots are still affordable.
She continued: "Porridge [too]. I always get a lot of grief for talking about porridge, but I love porridge."
Her comments did not go down well with some people watching at home, especially as they noticed her footwear. Ms Oakeshott was wearing what appeared to be Christian Louboutin shoes, which have a starting price of upwards of £600.
Taking to Twitter, Lorna Adair said: "Nice seeing a women wearing Christian Louboutin shoes going on about food banks and food poverty". Pebble said: "Isabel Oakeshott talking about food banks and how to shop to get cheap and reduced food … whilst she wears Louboutins".
Sarah B said: "Nah as if she's telling us to eat porridge while wearing LOUBOUTIN SHOES. Outrageous".
