ITV This Morning viewers 'cringe' before show even starts over Rochelle and Andi moment

This Morning fans were taken aback as they tuned into the latest episode as things got off to an unusual start. Instead of the usual titles introducing the ITV daytime show before seeing the hosts ready and waiting in the studio, Rochelle Humes and Andi Peters were seen straight away.

The pair were seen standing in the studio with the words 'hidden cam' visible at the top of the screen. A member of the crew told them they had 15 seconds before going live. "Huddle up team, let's go," Rochelle then demanded as more people came from behind the cameras.

"It's the Tuesday team talk... have we got this?" the mum-of-three continued as Andi and the rest of the crew shouted: "Yes, Roch!" She carried on asking them for 'big energy' and 'good vibes only' with them continuing to respond: "Yes, Roch!" to each.

They then ran the usual titles and once again Rochelle and Andi were seen in the London studio. Andi was holding onto the breakfast bar as he joked: "Where are human resources when you need them?" while acting breathless after chest pumping with another member of the crew and ending up on the floor.

"I was just trying to get the energy going," Rochelle told him but he shouted out. "You're not safe because you're a redhead, you do know that." His co-host then welcomed viewers to the programme but Andi still continued to puff while standing over the table next to him.

He then quickly stood up right to get on with the show, which included cookery from Jeremy Pang, fashion from Lisa Snowdon and an interview with Downton Abbey star Laura Carmichael about the second season of The Secret She Keeps.

But This Morning viewers couldn't help but comment on the change to the start of the programme. @Crazier tweeted: "#ThisMorning Just when you think they couldn’t make you cringe more…" @demelcy echoed: "Cringe start #ThisMorning."

@Mysteron_Voice asked: "What the f**k was all of that at the start of #ThisMorning..." @Christopher_T42 said: "They're being annoying and the titles haven't run #ThisMorning." @R3TRO8OY added: "Wtf was that? #ThisMorning."
