This Morning viewers found themselves issuing a demand to Clodagh McKenna as they implored her to 'stop' during her latest appearance on the show. The Irish chef was back in the ITV daytime show's kitchen on Wednesday (March 8) as the show marked International Women's Day.
In a change to the start of the programme, Phillip Schofield was nowhere to be seen and Holly Willoughby was joined by some new, and some familiar, faces. Rocking an all-purple outfit to match the colour used to mark the global day, Holly was seen sat in the middle of the show's famous sofa surrounded by her fellow women.
After the opening credits rolled, she cheered: "Hello and welcome to your Wednesday This Morning and happy International Women's Day." Explaining what was happening as Lizzo's hit track 'Good As Hell' played out in the background, the mum-of-three continued: "Well look at this. What a lovely way to start the show!

"To celebrate International Women's Day we wanted to start with the incredible ladies that help put this show together - from our hard-working runners and producers to our wonderful crew and an incredible line-up of This Morning experts."
The show was then full of female contributors with Vanessa Feltz on hand to do the latest phone-in as well as chat through the latest news headlines alongside Camilla Tomminey in the 'This Morning's View' segment. Meanwhile, sex and relationship guru, Oloni joined the hosts with her ultimate sex-positive manifesto while Ateh Jewel showed her top products from women-owned businesses.
But later, it was Clodagh's time to shine as she took her place in the kitchen where she whipped up a one-pot seafood paella which she dedicated to one of the most influential women in her life - Gianna Ferguson. The recipe was taught to her by her dear friend, who is a cheese maker, in Cork.
"Her family are from Spain, they were cheesemakers there, and I have so many amazing memories of being around her table," Clodagh said. "She gave me a seat at the table when I was so young and she was on the board of all the food revolutions taking place in Ireland at the time.
"She saw my energy and I was running farmers markets, had so many ideas and there were all these really important people around the table... And she gave me a seat at the table and she is why I am here cooking today." She then said thank you and blew a kiss to the camera as Holly, 42, remarked how important it is to have people like that in your lives.
But as Clodagh talked viewers through the recipe and got stuck into showing them how to make it, while Holly and Phillip watched on and tucked into dishes made earlier, This Morning viewers were flocking to social media to comment on Clodagh's habit.
@petralou1976 tweeted: "#ThisMorning Clodaugh, stop shaking your hair all over the food." @Itt39354118 complained: "Shaking her hair all over the food disgusting #thismorning." @UKTVForever replied: "@Itt39354118 Absolutely Disgusting. I wouldn’t eat that food now Lol."
@lisamj_33 wrote: "Paella with an added dollop of clodah's hair.....nice #ThisMorning." @Borisnose2 posted: "Mmmm paella with added hair. Nom! #thismorning."
