ITV This Morning star Sarah Josell announces she's pregnant as she cradles bump in sweet snap

This Morning star Sarah Josell has shared the joyous news that she is pregnant. Viewers of the ITV daytime show will be used to seeing the expert during the programme's regular beauty segments.

Following her latest appearance on the show with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, Sarah took to Instagram to share the news that she was expecting her first child which she revealed is a baby girl.

She shared the happy news by posting a black and white snap of herself holding her baby bump in a skintight midi dress. She posed with a shirt around her arms, looking into the distance on the steps outside of a plush home. "Equal parts over the moon, grateful, nervous, excited - and petrified (hello hormones!) for the next chapter," Sarah wrote alongside the photo.

"Our baby girl is due to arrive at the end of the year." The ITV star also told her 68,000 followers that she has been experiencing cravings which have taken her "right back to the 90's". She penned: "Also taking a moment to discuss that my pregnancy cravings/sickness have taken me right back to the 90’s."

Sarah shared a series of images to prove a point, including her make-up free in bed with a bowl of cereal. "It’s been Capri sun, Nesquik, Coco Pops, repeat for months now! Here are just some of the images my family were lucky enough to receive through the long nights."

And the congratulatory messages were soon flowing in. Fellow This Morning beauty expert Bryony Blake commented: "Congratulations that’s such wonderful news!!!!" Broadcaster Vanessa Feltz replied: "Mazeltov! Fabulous news." Loose Women's Ruth Langsford also said: "CONGRATULATIONS! What wonderful news…you’re going to be the Yummiest Mummy ever!"

Sarah revealed her happy news hours after her This Morning segment came under fire. Her latest appearance on the ITV show was dedicated to hair botox and whether various salon treatments are worth the hefty price tag.

The hair botox treatment is said to cost £200-300 and only lasts around three to six months. And with the rising cost of living, viewers felt the timing of the segment wasn't ideal and took to social media to have their say. @AEO59152543 tweeted: "#ThisMorning this is insane. We are in a cost of living crisis and promoting 300 quid hair."

@jiannina complained: "#thismorning with the finger on the pulse of the nation. Major cost of living crisis, people ringing in in tears about it and they’re banging on on about hair treatments at £200+. @thismorning why?"
