Vernon Kay has spilled a secret about the This Morning set.
The Manchester born TV personality appeared on the ITV daytime show this morning alongside Rochelle Humes, standing in for Phillip Schofield, who is currently isolating at home after testing positive for Covid.
Phil announced that he had caught the virus as he posted a picture of his lateral flow test on his Instagram story and said: "Well b******s."

On today's show, Vernon was talking to co-host Rochelle and studio guest Gyles Brandreth about food as he said that he enjoyed a "stereotypical breakfast" of vegetables and poultry.
Gyles was shocked at the presenter's breakfast choice as he said: "Veg and poultry? At breakfast?"
Vernon explained his choices. He said: "Yeah yeah because your stomach doesn't know it's breakfast time, feed me some carbs and proteins."
Rochelle added her own thoughts as she said: "Whatever floats your boat! We've got cake a bit later on!"
Vernon went on to pick up a piece of fruit, unknowingly sharing one of the show's set secrets - the fruits are just props.
Laughing, he said: "At least we've got plastic fruit!" as Rochelle replied: "You never know when you might need it."
Rochelle Humes has been filling in for Holly Willoughby, who was given two weeks off the show - so she can present Wim Hof’s Superstar Survival alongside comedian Lee Mack.
Superstar Survival will see a whole host of famous faces take on Europe's harshest conditions in a bid to tackle their demons.
Holly has been flying back to the UK at weekends to host Dancing On Ice - alongside Phillip.
In order to be able to present this week's show, Phillip will need negative lateral flow test results on days five and six.
