Rochelle Humes begged Phillip Schofield to 'stop' as he outed her live on the show - before she suffered an accidental rude blunder all... because of her ears. The singer-turned-presenter has been back fronting the ITV daytime show in place of Holly Willoughby.
Rochelle, 35, has joined Phillip, 61, this week after Holly was forced to miss out on her planned return to the helm. The 42-year-old was due back on the popular programme on Monday (April 17) following a two-week Easter break. Her return was hit by a setback after she fell ill.
In an Instagram post - shared by both Holly and This Morning on Sunday (April 16) - the mum-of-three confirmed her return had been hit by a setback and that she'd be away for a "few days", or the whole week, due to being struck down by shingles. She wrote on the distinctive green This Morning logo backdrop: "Hi ...just to let you know I may be away for the rest of the week as I have Shingles," she said with frustrated-face emoji.

It was then confirmed Rochelle would be stepping in, marking her presenting return to the show for the first time in months. She has settled right back in - which seemed to, unfortunately, work in her disfavour as she suffered an hilarious blunder. The usually-professional Rochelle had to pause presenting before Phillip took over and explained what had happened when the cameras weren't rolling.
She had actually asked Phillip to take over and explain to the audience what was going on because she couldn't compose herself. "You're going to have to say it, this has got me," she told Phillip. "It's your ear," her co-host replied as Rochelle continued to howl with laughter.
Eventually filling viewers in on what happened, Phillip shared: "We found out yesterday..." but he turned to Rochelle to confirm she was happy with him to share the story. "Are you sure?" he asked as a giggling Rochelle replied: "You've got to." He then revealed: "We found out yesterday that Rochelle's got quite wide earholes."
He continued: "And her earpiece... when she moves her head falls out. And they've actually padded it and they've wrapped stuff around it to make it a bit wider. And she just turned her head a second ago and it shot out of her ear." As Rochelle continued to try to compose herself and stop laughing, Phillip continued: "I bent down and picked it up and I surreptitiously put it in her hand and now it's made her laugh."
"I couldn't hide the laughing," Rochelle managed to say through her giggles. "I just don't know," just added, wiping the tears from her eyes. "Did you ever know that before, that you've got really big ear holes?" Phillip asked the mum-of-three to which she replied in an accidentally rude way: "The hole is big!" Phillip then added: "It's mad!"
Rochelle then begged him to stop as she tried to pick up where he left off and read from the autocue. But she could still be seen wriggling in her seat as she continued to stiffle her giggles.
