Rochelle Humes was left squirming on her first day back on This Morning.
The presenter is back at the helm of the ITV daytime programme alongside Phillip Schofield.
She is filling in for Holly Willoughby for a 'few weeks' while she films another show for the BBC.
But as she returned to the show, Rochelle ended up begging for her co-star to 'save her' after making an accidental rude comment.
Ahead of joining Phil Vickery in the kitchen, who was showing This Morning viewers how to make a posh soup and sandwich, they began to discuss 'dunking'.
Phillip admitted to disliking dunking biscuits but thought bread and soup is fine, to which Rochelle replied: "I will definitely dunk all Phil Vickery has to offer."
She quickly added: "Oh my gosh," before collapsing into the table in front of her.
Phillip laughed and told Rochelle: "Normally I try to help, but I can't. You can't get out of that.
"There’s no way you’re digging yourself out of that! If this show was recorded, we’d go back. we’d do it again.
"I can’t help you!"
Rochelle admitted she said it "with her chest" which caused more hysterics, leading Phillip to tell her she needed to "stop speaking".
As he got her to start again, Rochelle misunderstood and went back to the dunking line before Phil shouted: "No, just read that."
"I thought you wanted to recap," Rochelle replied slightly mortified and quickly tried to cut to the next link.
But she wasn't even getting away with it when they cut to Loose Women with Ruth Langsford teasing what was coming up on the lunchtime show.
"Ruth, save me," Rochelle begged to which the ITV star replied: "There's no saving you, darling.
"Phillip knows the dunking conversations can get you into all sorts of trouble," as they all laughed.
"It's true," he agreed as Ruth added: "Stay away. We were feeling your pain, Rochelle."
After all that, when it was time for the cooking segment, Rochelle said she was going to remain quiet, joking: "I daren’t say anything now. I’m just going to eat."
