Phillip Schofield has issued an update after Alison Hammond replaced him on This Morning.
The 59-year-old broadcaster traditionally hosts ITV's flagship daytime programme from Monday - Thursday alongside Holly Willoughby.
However, Phil has been forced to pull out of his usual presenting duties after he tested positive for coronavirus last Monday.

Alison Hammond fronted the latest episode alongside Holly - and the two chatted to Phil via satellite at the beginning of the show.
Phil's self-isolation period is set to continue after he received another positive lateral flow test today, but he told the hosts he is not suffering with any symptoms.
He said: "I'm absolutely, perfectly OK. A week ago, I had a slightly scratchy throat for about an hour, but that was it.
"I feel great. I have ploughed my way through boxsets. I've been cooking."
Alison and Holly revealed they are sending Phil a bag of goodies to cheer him up as he continues his quarantine, before they wished him a speedy recovery.
Alison said: "We are wishing you all the best. Hurry up and come back."
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV and the ITV Hub.
