Julia Bradbury has returned to ITV's This Morning four months after having treatment for breast cancer.
The 51-year-old announced that she received the devastating diagnosis in September of last year and has since undergone a mastectomy.
Alison Hammond paid her a touching tribute as she returned to our screens, claiming that today she was 'ready'.

The BBC Countryfile star appeared on the show as Alison Hammond and Rochelle Humes presented on Tuesday morning.
Brummie host Alison was overjoyed to see Julia back and looking well as she said: "What makes me happy is that you're here today, because it's a particularly special day.
"It's your first day back at work following your treatment for breast cancer. How are you feeling? And how are you?"
Julia responded as she said: "Well, firstly, thank you to the whole team of ITV This Morning for checking in with me.
"I want to say thanks - you've been checking in regularly, it is lovely to be back. You've asked me 'am I ready?, and today I am ready.
"I had a mastectomy a couple of months ago, I have been doing lots of physio, I have been doing lots of treatment. My healing is going very well thank you."
She continued as she said: "I am ready because it is a beautiful morning in the forest and I wanted to give away these lovely trees.
"The doctor said it was OK."
Taking to her Instagram ahead of the show, Julia explained to her fans that she was returning to the show 'for one morning only' as she said: "Baby steps! I'm back in my happy place among the trees for one morning only. I'll be live on @thismorning on @itv in the forest, from 10am.
"My doc has cleared me to do a morning of work."
She has shared her breast cancer journey with her followers on the social media platform, documenting her life before during and after her mastectomy.
In a post where she shared an image of her lying in a hospital bed following the medical procedure, she wrote: "I feel relief that the operation is over. The anxiety leading up to it was overwhelming.
"I feel sad that such a brutal treatment is necessary in so many breast cancer cases, but I choose life. I will do anything I can to live to see my children grow up & if this was happening to any other member of my family, or them, I would swap places in a heartbeat."
