ITV This Morning's Holly Willoughby shares rare snap of son as she questions his 'weird' food choice

Holly Willoughby has given fans a rare glimpse inside her home life after sharing a snap of her youngest son's eating habits. The This Morning presenter is currently absent from her role on ITV as her and co-host Phillip Schofield take their annual break over the summer holidays.

The TV personality is spending quality time at home with her three children whilst a line-up of hosts step into her shoes. During the first week of the summer it was Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary at the helm of the ITV daytime show but this week Big Brother winner Josie Gibson and and Irish TV presenter Craig Doyle are taking the reigns.

This is the first time that the duo have hosted the show together despite covering for Holly and Phil on separate occasions, and viewers have been quick to praise their presenting flair whilst making pleas to ITV.

Holly is known to be very private when it comes to sharing details about her personal life, family and marriage with TV producer husband Dan Baldwin.

The couple first met in 2004 when Holly, 41, began presenting Ministry of Mayhem, which Dan happened to be the producer of.

Three years later Holly and Dan tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony at St Michael's Church on the South Downs in West Sussex.

They now have a son Harry, who celebrated his 13th birthday in May this year, an 11-year-old daughter Belle, and Chester, aged 7.

And it was her youngest son Chester who Holly shared a rare detail about on Wednesday.

Posting a picture of the boy's plate, which featured pickles and oreos, Holly asked parents if their children had similar eating habits to Chester's.

Sharing the strange assortment with her 8 million followers on Instagram, @hollywilloughby wrote: "Is your kid as weird as mine??? #chester #pickles #oreo," alongside a sick-face emoji.

Other mums and dads flooded the comments reacting to the photo and revealing their children's own peculiar preferences.

@mrsl2724 said: "I love pickles…..and Oreo’s…..but together….I’m not convinced."

@taylor1001_ commented: "This isn’t weird….it’s genius."

@sarah_catherine_clephane wrote: "Yes my son eats boiled eggs with the yolk taken out and he adds raisins."

Another follower @wardrobetwentynine added: "Yes that’s my daughter! she still loves pickles and Oreo’s and she is now 21."

Holly and Phil are expected to return to This Morning on September 5.
