Phillip Schofield was caught by surprise as Holly Willoughby made a cheeky innuendo.
The presenter, 59, knew his co-host had a difficult line coming up as they celebrated Shrove Tuesday, aka Pancake Day, on the ITV show.
The hosting duo spent the programme gearing up their attempt at a new Guinness World record.
Holly and Phil were attempting to throw and catch the most pancakes in 60 seconds over a three-metre distance.

Teasing the segment earlier in the episode, Holly couldn't quite keep a straight face.
"And it is the battle to be the best..." Holly paused before questionably adding: "Tossers on earth. Phil and I are attempting to break a new pancake world record."
"Was that the first time you've read that?" a smirking Phil asked her, as she replied: "Yep, that really is."
As she tried to continue on, Phil admitted: "I looked at it this morning and I thought, I'm glad you've got that."
Holly then explained their upcoming challenge, saying they'll be working together to try to flip and catch the most pancakes within 60 seconds.
"What does that trophy look like," she cheekily asked leaving Phil hunching over with laughter.
"I'm just wondering," she joked, with Phil still giggling at his co-hosts response while attempting to tell viewers what else is coming up.
Later, This Morning viewers finally got to see the hosts attempt their world record.
And it wasn't as easy as they thought.
The current record stands at 46 pancakes in 60 seconds and Holly and Phil gave it their best shot with their flat treats sticking to the pan and failing to fly the three metres between each other.
And unfortunately, Phillip and Holly managed just 12 pancakes in 60 seconds.
"That was really bad," Holly said.
Phillip added: "Sorry about that, sorry to waste your morning!"
The Guinness World Record's adjudicator tried to soften the blow for the pair and told them the person with the current title is a serial record holder who probably spent a lot of time practising.
