ITV This Morning guest's unexpected outburst 'ruins' Andi Peters and Rochelle Humes

Andi Peters and Rochelle Humes were "ruined" by a guest's unexpected outburst on This Morning.

The presenters returned to front Tuesday's edition of ITV's flagship daytime programme. The line-up is part of a rotating team of presenters filling in for Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby as they take a well earned summer break.

Andi and Rochelle fronted another jam-packed edition which included an interview with comedian Rosie Jones and workout tips from Peloton instructor, Ben Alldis. However, the hosts were taken aback when a chat with Kirk Petrakis took an unexpected turn.

Kirk is the proud owner of Patrick the Pony, who has been elected as the unofficial mayor of a village in Devon. The miniature Shetland is the village's therapy pony who has been recognised for the positive influence he brings to Cockington.

KIrk ended the segment by breaking into a song he had written in tribute to the Shetland pony. Andi confirmed the song was not scheduled to be a part of the interview and the presenter struggled to speak in between fits of laughter.

Viewers following the show on Twitter took to the social media platform and claimed the "outburst" ruined the presenters.

Frances said: "Just watching Andi & Rochelle laughing at "Patrick's song" had me in stitches thank you"

Mono posted: "Patrick the Pony song ruined them"

Alison commented : "Patrick the pony was a showstopper"

KT added: "Patrick the ponyyyy" #ThisMorning love it when presenters get the giggles!!"
