Chaser Anne Hegerty revealed she has an unusual condition which makes it difficult for her to recognise people's faces.
Anne's disclosure came during tonight's new episode of The Chase.
The popular ITV quiz show sees four strangers go up against one of the eponymous and ruthless Chasers, who are among the finest quizzing brains in the world.
The Chasers are made up of Mark 'the Beast' Labbett, Shaun 'the Dark Destroyer' Wallace, Anne 'the Governess' Hegerty, Paul 'the Sinnerman' Sinha, Jenny 'the Vixen' Ryan and new Chaser, Darragh 'the Menace' Ennis.

Presented by Bradley Walsh, each player must first complete a solo cash builder round to try and accumulate money to add to the jackpot, before coming face to face with a Chaser in a tense head to head.
If players are successful, their earnings are added to the prize fund and they earn a spot in the Final Chase. If the players answer more questions correctly than a Chaser in the nail-biting final showdown, then they win the money and it is split equally between them.
Tonight, quiz enthusiasts Daren, Beka, Carole and Russell went up against Anne 'the Governess' Hegerty. As she came down the runway, Bradley dubbed her: "The Quiz Queen herself."
Before eliminating first player Daren, Anne revealed she has an unusual condition.

Anne has prosopagnosia, also known as face blindness, which means you can't recognise people's faces.
She told Daren: "Not being able to recognise faces is called prosopagnosia and I know that because I have it but I don't need to recognise your face because you're out of here."
Many people who have prosopagnosia are unable to recognise family members, partners or friends.
Presenter Bradley was surprised by the revelation and asked if she ever recognised people's faces.
Anne said: "I do if I've met them a few times." But the Chaser explained if she meets someone new and they left the room then a different person walked back in, she wouldn't necessarily be able to tell the difference.
