The Chase fans took to Twitter to make the same plea during Friday's episode.
Once again, host Bradley Walsh welcomed four new players to the ITV studio for the popular quiz show. They were Richard from Penarth, Sue from Burton-on-Trent, Jamie originally from New Zealand, and Alexandra from London.
First up was IT architect Richard, who impressed Bradley with his quick-fire answers. He scored a staggering £11,000 in his cash-builder.

He then thrilled fans by taking the high offer of £30,000, and beat Mark Labbett, also known as The Beast, to make it back to the table with the money.
Next up was Sue, who also had a decent cash-builder. She answered six questions correctly and took the £6,000 middle offer. But unfortunately for Sue, she was caught by The Beast and went home empty-handed.
After Sue's departure, many The Chase fans made the same demand on social media. Steph said: "Just shows how good Richard is, I'd love him to be the next Chaser".
Sarah said: "Richard could be a chaser tbh. Would love to see him go head to head with Mark in the final"[sic]. Mysteron_Voice said: "So, once in a while, they throw in a genuine contender who just might be able to take a Chaser down on his/her own, and today it's Richard".
Mr Chambers said: "Richard is the new chaser", while Tr1ple_6_ said: "Richard for new Chaser!"
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
