Bradley Walsh was blown away by a Scouser's reason for appearing on The Chase.
The 62-year-old presenter welcomed Alan, Dornu, Kelly and Michael on today's edition of the ITV programme. The team were testing their wits against Jenny Ryan in a bid to win a cash prize.
Alan started off in strong form as the retired police officer banked £5,000 before navigating his way past The Vixen. Dornu was in seat two and the 34-year-old doctor hailed from Liverpool.

Bradley was wowed when Dornu revealed what she would do with any potential winnings from Tuesday's show. She said: "I would give it to my mum because she was the one who introduced me to The Chase."
Dornu's mum was named Winnie and the presenter lauded her taste in television. He said: "Winnie, good girl. That's what we want mate."
The player struggled during a tough cash-builder and failed to answer a question correctly. She then engaged in a tense head-to-head with The Vixen but was sadly eliminated from the show.
Bradley said the questions on today's show were "brutal" and he heaped praise on the city as he wished Dornu well. He said: "Give my love to Liverpool. Fine city by the way."
Michael and Alan progressed to the final and were competing for £13,000. They built up 22 steps and the Chaser could only answer 15 questions correctly meaning they took home the cash prize.
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
