The Chase has been pulled from air this evening.
The ITV quiz show normally airs every weekday at 5pm and it on for one hour. However, today it will be replaced by a special news programme.
ITV's Chris Ship confirmed the news in a Tweet. He wrote: "Given today’s developments @itvnews will be on air for a special news programme at 5pm on @ITV with @nightingaleitv #queen."

The special news coverage is set to run until at least 7pm. It comes after Buckingham Palace released a statement earlier today about the Queen's health. The Queen is currently under medical supervision after doctors became concerned.
Doctors have advised that Queen Elizabeth II remains at Balmoral. The 96-year-old's immediate family members have been informed, with the latest announcement escalating fears for the monarch's health.
The head of state pulled out of a virtual Privy Council on Wednesday after doctors ordered her to rest. A Palace spokesperson said: "Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen's doctors are concerned for Her Majesty's health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision. The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral."
Prime Minister Liz Truss said: "The whole country will be deeply concerned by the news from Buckingham Palace this lunchtime. My thoughts - and the thoughts of people across our United Kingdom - are with Her Majesty The Queen and her family at this time."
