A man from South Wales transformed into his idol, Elton John, on ITV's new singing talent show, Starstruck.
41-year-old Gareth who is originally from south Wales, featured on the show where he underwent a rigorous transformation into the 'Rocket Man' singer.
Gareth, who now lives just outside Blackpool, is a house husband by day and took to the stage on ITV with two other Eltons.
Gareth said he wanted to perform as Elton as he says he is a "true British icon".
He said on Saturday's show: "He crosses across all sorts of genres, very flamboyant, very creative. I've been a big fan for most of life."
Gareth sang I'm still standing with Team Elton, comprised of mechanic James from Isle of Sheppey and Steve, 46, a musician from Warrington.
Team Elton got high praise from the judges, with Beverly saying Gareth sounded like Elton in the 80s.
However, team Elton was beaten by team Billie to the sing-off. Neither the less, Gareth still looked fabulous.
