Ranvir Singh looked more than a tad concerned as a segment she introduced during Wednesday's Lorraine took a turn as a guest started to struggle live on air.
As Lorraine takes a break for half term, former Strictly Come Dancing star and Good Morning Britain anchor Ranvir is standing in to host the ITV show this week and, one of the stars who appeared on the third episode of the week was another Strictly contestant, radio presenter Tyler West, who appeared on the BBC show last year.
Tyler has become the resident showbiz expert on Lorraine and joined Ranvir to talk about Elton John's star studded final concert in London on Tuesday night, before moving on to discuss his girlfriend and fellow Strictly 2022 star Molly Rainford's impending debut n EastEnders, as a member of new family, the Knights.

But, having heard him discuss some of the biggest celeb stories of the moment, Ranvir wasn't done there and decided to pay a little prank on the KISS FM host. Kicking off the segment, Ranvir said: "There's a really weird stench in the studio I'm afraid, it smells like wet feet," before the camera panned down to a pickle on a plate, as she asked Tyler: "What are these? Are they hot pickles?"
Looking slightly panicked as he got ready to take a bite, Tyler reacted: "Why is mine so big?!" He then proceeded to take a big bite of the pickle, prompting Ranvir to respond: "Oh my god! It's meant to be really spicy isn't it?!
As Tyler looked like he was struggling, an increasingly concerned looking Ranvir asked: "Are you going to choke? Tyler no!" The presenter than added: "I don't understand why this is a TikTok thing. Why is this on TikTok? Anyone in the gallery? Anyone know?"
As Tyler then tried and failed to get his words out, Ranvir asked him if he was alright and then, minutes later, having crossed to This Morning to get a preview of what was coming up, Ranvir checked how he was feeling again as he still looked to be struggling.
