Helen Flanagan was eliminated from I'm A Celebrity... South Africa on Wednesday night in a shock exit for viewers.
The former Coronation Street star appeared on Lorraine on Thursday morning to discuss everything from her time on the show, co-parenting and even the mum-of-three's boobs.
The surprising conversation started as Helen was discussing the fact she brought all three of her kids with her the last time she was on the show.
"I brought them all with me, why did I bring them all?" Helen laughed.
Lorraine then praised the wee ones, saying: "I have to say they were all incredibly well behaved, also you are just very zen."
Helen continues: "I was breastfeeding that's why. I couldn't leave them."
Lorraine then praised the actress for her honesty with fans about going under the knife to boost her confidence.
Helen revealed in January she had the operation to have her breasts enlarged after breastfeeding her three kids left her 'saggy'.
The former star admitted to Instagram followers at the time that she was 'nervous' to talk about her procedure but wanted to be as honest as possible.
Lorraine said on Thursday morning: "Now, talking about that, you're a very honest girl and you did have a wee boob job - money well spent Helen Flanagan.
"Money well spent, that's all I'm saying. They look absolutely fantastic."
Later on in the interview, Lorraine gifted the star a tiara which had a star stuck onto it which read "most improved campmate."
Helen took to her Instagram stories to show off her gift.
She said: "Hi guys, I'm so proud of my tiara, this is so me. "The most improved campmate. Obsessed."
She finished off the video by saying: "I loved being on Lorraine, it's been such a lovely morning.
"Honestly thank you so much for all your nice messages. I read them all."
