Lorraine Kelly made her feelings clear as she demanded 'enough already' while being joined in person by a familar face. The presenter was back at the helm of her self-titled ITV show on Tuesday (December 13) when she was joined in the studio by Ross King.
The pair are usually seen chatting via video link due to the show being based in the states and Ross being the show's LA Correspondent. But in a rare move, Ross appeared live in the studio as he made the trip from Los Angeles to the UK. And the topic they were discussing? Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix docuseries.
The first three episodes of Duke and Duchess of Sussex's series with the streaming giant dropped last Thursday (December 8) with the next three, and last, episodes due to be released on the platform on Thursday (December 15).
The release of 'Volume 1' saw those tuning in discover more about how Harry and Meghan, who married in 2017, actually met before getting into their experience with the press with Harry making a rare reference to his late mother, Princess Diana's, Panorama interview.
However, 'Volume 2' looks set to be more explosive than the first. The release of another trailer hears the Duke of Sussex say: "I wonder what would’ve happened to us had we not got out when we did," with the three, hour-long episodes expected to be about the couple's decision to step back from being senior royals.
In another clip, which does not explain to whom it refers, the duke says: "They were happy to lie to protect my brother. They were never willing to tell the truth to protect us." The trailer, which also features photographs and video footage of the couple at home in California and with their children, ends with Harry saying: "I’ve always felt as though this was a fight worth fighting for."
Speaking about the latest teaser and the docuseries as a whole, Lorraine said on the latest edition of her show: "This has got to stop!" She added: "Once this comes out on Thurday, once the book has come out…. they can’t just keep talking about their families. They’ve got to then build their own lives….
"And for goodness sake they’ve got two gorgeous healthy children, they love each other very much, a beautiful big house. It’s like enough already, enough, enough!"
The release of the latest clips comes after Harry and Meghan released a clip over the weekend about the first dance at their wedding ahead of the final three episodes of their Netflix show. Harry and Meghan can be seen discussing the moment, the song they chose and the lyrics in the 38-second clip.
Photos of the couple spinning around the dance floor are shown as the song – Land Of 1,000 Dances by Wilson Pickett – plays in the background. Other wedding snaps show Harry and Meghan with their guests, including the likes of Sir Elton John and Suits actress Abigail Spencer.
