ITV viewers were left unimpressed as they tuned in to watch the channel's latest drama.
Four-part series Our House debuted its first episode on Monday night with Downton Abbey's Tuppence Middleton and Line of Duty star Martin Compston in the lead roles.
ITV promised the series, which airs over consecutive nights this week, will be an 'edge of your seat thriller' and follows Fi who is shocked to arrive home one day and find strangers moving into her house.

Not only that, she soon ends up discovering her husband has disappeared and a web of secrets and lies starts to unfold leaving viewers being thrown back and forth between the present day and flashbacks of the couple's life together.
But Our House got off to a bumpy start as just moments into the first episode, viewers flocked to social media to say they were unable to watch due to ITV going down.
@becxh tweeted: "Somehow my @ITV went down for five minutes in #OurHouse so trying to work out what I’ve missed!"
"Has anyone else suddenly lost #ITV Was watching #ourhouse and it went off..... Oh, after 5 minutes, it's come back. Now adverts...." @debbieridley8 said.
@AbiFowler quipped: "#OurHouse @martin_compston says he doesn't know what has happened... Well neither do we as the @ITV signal disappeared!!"
"Aaaah what have we just missed @ITV???? It goes off during #OurHouse and now we don't know what's happened!!!" @LesleyStennett added.
Luckily, the issues were soon fixed and fans were eagerly awaiting the next expisode.
@codsallsi tweeted: "How absolutely brilliant was that first episode of #OurHouse can't wait for episode 2 tomorrow but in the mean time I'm off to change my sheets, if we've learned anything tonight it's important to change your sheets."
"Wow loved #Ourhouse @martin_compston @bronaghwaugh What is Bram up too? can’t wait for next episode," @sonybales shared.
@MitchellWebb85 said: "First episode of #OurHouse and impressed looking forward to the next one!"
Others were that enthralled that they have already binge-watched the entire thing with one teasing it's 'more twisty than a twisty turny thing!'
