ITV Love Island: Three boys face axe after public vote

The villa residents were told that two male contestants will be sent home during the next episode of Love Island following a public vote. Spencer Wilks, Aaron Waters and Kai Fagan landed in the bottom after viewers were told to vote for their favourite villa resident.

Host Maya Jama arrived in the villa to give the news, saying: “Two of the boys standing here will be dumped from the island tonight and that decision is not down to the public. That decision is down to the girls.”

At the weekend, Love Island viewers will find out who will be sent home.

During the episode, Kai, who is in a couple with senior estate agent coordinator Samie Elishi, 22, was seen sharing a kiss with actress Olivia Hawkins after they discussed a game called the kissing challenge. Science and PE teacher Kai, 24, said: “I actually didn’t want you to kiss me in the challenge… I’d prefer to save it for a proper kiss.”

Following the kiss, he said: “That’s definitely the best kiss I’ve had since I’ve been in here. I like that one.” Olivia, 27, said: “It’s just nice to have a kiss with someone that I actually like.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Ron Hall continued to struggle with his emotions between Lana Jenkins and bombshell Samie. Samie said: “I just think Ron’s being a bit silly, he’s ignoring the fact that we clearly have something but then it’s like you don’t want to explore that because she’s giving you an ultimatum where you can’t talk to anyone else if you’re getting to know me.”

She later told Lana he was “flirty” and added that Ron told her he had a “spark” with both of them.

Both E-commerce business owner Spencer, 25, and model and content creator Aaron, 25, both entered as bombshells and are currently coupled with Olivia and Lana, respectively.

Love Island airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
