He's been in the famous TV villa for less than two weeks and it's been an eventful start to Love Island 2022 for Davide Sanclimenti. After arriving as a bombshell latecomer asking 'did anyone order an Italian snack?' he chose to be coupled-up with Gemma Owen.
After Gemma was stolen from Davide by Luca Bish at the first recoupling of the I TV dating contest, he paired-up with feisty Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu. But his relationship with Turkish actress Ekin-Su ended with a foul-mouthed row on Friday night after she kissed newcomer Jay Younger.
Now, ahead of Sunday night's recoupling (June 19), Davide’s pal Fabrizio Gulino is keen to see him get together with either Welsh paramedic Paige Thorne or model Tasha Ghouri from Thirsk, North Yorkshire, reports the Mirror.

And Fabrizio reckons Davide, 27, a business owner from Rome who lives in Manchester, may need to show more emotion to connect with the women in the villa. He said: “At first I thought Davide and Ekin-Su were the perfect match – he loves a fiery girl.
"I expected Davide not to jump straight in as he’s always been cautious with girls. Ekin-Su had the right to kiss Jay, but she should have been clear with Davide and broken up with him as soon as she felt something for Jay.
"Now Davide needs to move on and I hope someone new comes in for him. Paige or Tasha would be an interesting match for Davide.”
Paige, 24, is currently paired with Jacques O’Neill, 23, while Tasha, 23, is in a couple with Andrew Le Page, 27. Fabrizio added: “I would say, ‘Save your feelings for someone who appreciates them.'
“I’ve known Davide for years… I know what he’s like. Underneath that sculpted body there’s a lovely, very interesting man. He’s always been so upfront and direct – he knows what he wants and he’s not shy.
"With Davide, you know what you’re getting into. I have a lot of respect for him. He’s very loyal. If he cares about you, then rest assured he will go out of his way to be there for you."
